Disappointing News
I knew my pregnancy was going way too well. I received the phone call that I was dreading...I failed my 1-hour glucose test with a 159! My doctor wants it to be under 130. I go back Monday for the 3-hour test. I'm hoping to pass that one. If anyone has passed either one, please tell me your secret:)

I failed my 1 hour with both Samantha and Bailey. with Bailey my OB never did a 3 hour, he just labeled you with GD.With Sam I failed the 1 hour, and then passed the 3 hour. I am sure you will be fine, it isn't too high. I bet the 3 hour test will be fine. And to tell you the truth having GD is not awful. I never had to take meds or give shots. I followed their diet and it was always within limits. Bailey was a big baby, but they watched her carefully.

Don't stress, it will all turn out fine even if you don't pass the 3-hour test. I passed my first one but I have no idea how I did so I don't really have any great advice for you. Sorry it took me so long to get on here and read this. I will be praying for you tomorrow that everything goes well. Call me if you need to talk or just want some girl time :)
